Academy Rules & Guidelines
1. Membership & Participation
All members must complete the registration form and liability waiver before participating in any class or activity. Members agree to follow all safety rules, class etiquette, and instructor guidance to ensure a safe training environment for all students.
2. Payments & Billing
Membership fees are billed according to the selected plan. Payments must be kept up to date to maintain active enrollment. Late or failed payments may result in temporary suspension from classes until the account is brought into good standing.
3. Attendance & Class Access
Members may attend all classes included in their membership tier. Class schedules are subject to change based on holidays, events, or academy needs. Missed classes do not qualify for credits, refunds, or extensions.
4. Required 30-Day Cancellation Notice
All memberships require a written 30-day cancellation notice. Notices must be submitted by email to sergiobjj@hotmail.com or through the academy’s official cancellation form. Tuition will continue during the 30-day notice period. No refunds or prorated adjustments will be issued for this period.
5. Program Freezes & Holds
Membership freezes may be granted only for medical reasons or extended travel and must be requested in writing. Approved freezes do not remove the requirement for proper cancellation notice.
6. Safety & Conduct
Unsafe behavior, disrespectful conduct, or actions that disrupt classes may lead to suspension or termination of membership without refund. Students must notify instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before training.
7. Liability Waiver
All participants acknowledge that martial arts and fitness training involve physical contact and agree to participate at their own risk. The academy, its instructors, and its staff are not responsible for injuries resulting from training or misuse of techniques.
